Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in New Cairo. The primary responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support through various communication channels, addressing and resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining customer records, providing accurate information about products and services, and offering personalized solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, including Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to deliver a seamless Customer Experience and solve customer issues efficiently
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools is desirable
