Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. The role involves active communication and problem-solving to meet customer needs efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining and improving Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer support platforms is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer relationship management is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial
