Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Technical Support Specialist based in Cairo. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues through various channels such as phone, chat, or email. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience through proactive communication and efficient support solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and a proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and ensuring positive Customer Service experiences
  • English level B2/C1
  • Flexibility with night and overnight shifts
  • Sales experience is a plus
