We're hiring #Digital_Marketing_Specialist to join our team in Qsource in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:-
Identify target audiences and develop effective media strategies for lead generation campaigns.
Execute media buys across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, ensuring optimal placement and budget allocation.
Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing key metrics and trends to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Conduct regular A/B testing and experiment with new ad formats and targeting strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
Prepare detailed campaign reports and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations for future optimizations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital media buying and analytics.
Researching and understanding the IT outsourcing industry, market trends, and target audience preferences.
Develop content plans, including articles, social media posts, and website content.
Writing, and editing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Creating compelling and SEO-friendly content that resonates with B2B audiences across different sectors.
Developing innovative content ideas and formats to drive engagement and lead generation.
. Analyzing content performance using analytics tools and making data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies.
Requirements:
1-Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing major, Mass Communication , or any related field.
2-Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing, with specific experience in managing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
3-Skills: SEO, paid media, social media management, and content creation.
4-Soft Skills: Creativity, adaptability, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.
