MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and websites and supporting overall digital visibility. This role involves content creation, planning content schedules, managing multiple accounts, optimizing posts for engagement, and coordinating with the design team to deliver consistent, high-quality output aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's official pages and additional business unit accounts.
- Create, plan, schedule, and publish posts using a structured social media calendar.
- Upload and optimize YouTube content (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, keywords, and playlists).
- Monitor engagement, track performance, and respond to comments/messages professionally.
- Ensure all posts follow brand tone and communication guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with the design team for visuals, ensuring timely posting and accurate execution.
Content Creation (Non-Design)
- Draft on-brand, platform-appropriate SEO captions, headlines, and text for LinkedIn posts and videos.
- Develop SEO-optimized content for Social Media, websites, and intranets.
- Adapt content to fit LinkedIn's best practices and boost engagement.
- Collect updates, materials, and information from internal teams to develop meaningful digital content.
Scheduling & Reporting
- Maintain a monthly and weekly posting schedule for all LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to improve strategy.
Digital Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing online campaigns (announcements, launches, events, milestones).
- Ensure alignment between marketing goals and digital communication.
REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL QUALIFICATION
Basic Requirements:
- Years of experience: 2.4 years of experience
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, a Degree in administration or a related field, or equivalent professional work experience
- Professional Certificates: it's a plus
- Language proficiency: English
- Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Oracle ERP
