Job Description

This ideal candidate will partner to find, contact, and follow up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively engaging with potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to create effective sales strategies and tender proposals.
  • Prepare and submit bids, tenders, and proposals in response to client requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand our services, product specifications, and capabilities, and effectively communicate these to clients during sales.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, track sales activities, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and promote our products and services.
  • Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales and tendering process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer concerns, and resolving any issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical department.
  • Experience Background in Sales engineering from 6 months to 1 year.
  • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
  • Willingness for outside meetings with the clients on the sites.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Proficiency to be Good.
  • Computer Skills in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Net Salary: starts from 6000 - 7000 net + Commission 2% per deal

Transportation AllW: 3000 for a car allowance.

Social Insurance after the probation period.

Location: Fifth Settlement

Working Hours: 8.30 AM -5:00 PM including a 1-hour break

Days off: Thursday and Friday
