Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative based in New Cairo. The role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer support through different communication channels. Responsibilities include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining professional and friendly communication, and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively. You will also be expected to adhere to company guidelines and policies while striving to deliver a positive customer experience.

  • Proficiency in maintaining exceptional Customer Satisfaction and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills to provide a pleasant customer interaction experience.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and with empathy.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving challenges are preferred.
