KOTUG Middle East DMCC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial activities of our regional operations. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and proactive financial planning across the organization. The Finance Manager will safeguard the company's financial health through budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, audits, cost control, and strong financial governancewhile working closely with the Managing Director and executive leadership to support both regional and global business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within maritime, offshore, or industrial sectors.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience in multi-entity reporting and international Group consolidation environments.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with advanced analytical and forecasting skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.
- Strong governance, compliance, and internal control mindset with high integrity and risk awareness.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational focus and ability to work at pace with accuracy.
- Professional communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with KOTUG Middle East and Group objectives.
- Establish short-term and long-term departmental goals, policies, and operating procedures for the finance function.
- Provide financial insight and consultative support to leadership on business planning initiatives.
- Identify and quantify financial risks and business drivers as input into business plans and strategy formulation.
- Contribute to executive decision-making through financial modelling, analysis, and performance reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial and management information systems.
Financial Management & Reporting Responsibilities
- Manage and develop accounting and reporting systems and processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with IFRS and generally accepted auditing standards.
- Oversee approval and processing of revenue, expenditures, payroll updates, ledger entries, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure effective utilization and governance of invoice processing, approvals, and document workflow automation.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, consolidation packs, and performance dashboards.
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Analyze project cash flow, margins, cost controls, and expenses, advising discipline heads proactively.
- Monitor liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Advise management on cash position and forecasting risks in a timely and proactive manner.
Governance, Compliance & Internal Controls
- Ensure an effective financial control and governance environment in line with KOTUG policies and Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax obligations in all countries covered by the region
- Oversee internal and external audit processes and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Implement and maintain strong internal control frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality within financial systems.
Operational & Business Support
- Interact with department heads and managers to provide financial analyses, reports, and recommendations to support operational planning.
- Provide financial input into project performance reviews, tender evaluations, and commercial decisions.
- Support cost control initiatives and ensure financial discipline across all departments.
- Recommend improvements to financial processes, reporting tools, and ERP systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Maintain effective relationships with shareholders, auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
Executive Leadership & Team Management
- Serve as a member of the KOTUG Middle East leadership team.
- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high standards of performance, compliance, and accountability.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Operations, Commercial, and HR.
- Promote a culture of financial ownership, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Support succession planning and development within the finance function.
