Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Qesm El Maadi with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. As a French & English Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with travel arrangements, manage bookings, coordinate itineraries, and provide excellent customer care. Your role involves helping customers resolve inquiries and ensuring a seamless travel planning experience while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills in both French and English
• Flexible with the 24/7 rotational shifts
• Knowledge of Travel Arrangements and experience working with Travel Agencies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a hybrid working environment
• Familiarity with using booking systems and travel-related software is an advantage
• Previous experience in the travel or customer service industry is considered a plus
