Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Staff member located in New Cairo. The Sales Staff will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Additional tasks include maintaining product displays, keeping inventory organized, processing sales transactions, and achieving sales targets collaboratively. Strong communication and product knowledge are essential in delivering the trusted, elevated experience Sofie Store is known for.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to provide exceptional assistance and resolve inquiries effectively
- Sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills to meet or exceed sales goals
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about the cosmetic and home goods brands we offer
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues toward shared goals
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain product displays and inventory accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a strong advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus
