Job Brief:
Our client in the construction industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of regional experience, preferably in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, visa processing, payroll coordination, and a solid understanding of the region's Labour Law. Prior experience in the building construction industry is a mandate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, includingrecruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit procedures.
- Handlevisa processing,renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PROs and relevant government authorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-dateemployee recordsand ensure compliance with the Labour Lawand company policies.
- Supportpayroll preparationby providing accurate employee data such as attendance, absences, overtime, and leave records.
- Prepare and calculate end-of-service benefits (gratuity), leave salary, final settlements,and related documentation in compliance with the Labour Law.
- Assist inperformance management processes,training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
- Act as thefirst point of contactfor HR-related queries from employees and management.
- PrepareHR reports,MIS, and documentation for management review.
- Support compliance withhealth, safety, and labour regulationsin line with statutory and company requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum2-3 years of HR experience in Dubai(mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration,or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge ofthe Labour Law,HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience invisa processing, PRO coordination, gratuity calculation, and leave salary preparation.
- Prior experience in the building construction industryis a must.
- Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency inMS Officeand HR/payroll software systems.
- Ability to handleconfidential informationwith professionalism and integrity.
