ManpowerGroup Middle East is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading IT company in Dubai, for a Human Resources Executive to support and enhance HR operations.
Role Overview:
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR team in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to HR processes in the fast-paced IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, contracts, and induction programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and employee files.
- Assist in HR administration tasks such as attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback collection.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and HR-related communications.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor law in the UAE.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
