Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Dubai. He/ She will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with labour regulations. Primary responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. The role also requires regular collaboration with management to develop and align HR strategies with organisational goals.

Salary: AED 5000 - 6000

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations, with the ability to develop and implement effective processes
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and expertise in creating and maintaining positive workplace environments
• Comprehensive understanding of HR Policies and compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures tailored to both local and international workforces
• Experience in the real estate or luxury services industry is an advantage
