The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, probation, and offboarding).
- Support recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Handle employee relations, respond to inquiries, and resolve HR-related issues.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and vacation policies.
- Support performance management processes and evaluations.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Support HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
