Role Summary3Sixty Dental is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead the company's people strategy and execution end-to-end. This leader will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to build a high-trust, high-performance organization by strengthening hiring, leadership capability, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the People & Culture strategy and operating plan, ensuring all people programs align with business goals and growth priorities.
- Serve as the senior People partner to executive leadership, delivering data-driven insights on headcount, attrition, performance, and organizational health.
- Own the full P&C lifecycle: talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, people operations, and compliance.
- Build and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy: workforce planning, structured hiring, end-to-end recruitment, and employer brand fundamentals.
- Design and lead the Learning & Development framework: onboarding and qualification, technical and leadership pathways, and manager capability building.
- Strengthen culture and engagement through clear leadership expectations, consistent feedback practices, and fair performance decisions.
- Own sensitive employee relations matters (investigations, disciplinary actions, exits) with strong documentation and confidentiality.
- Manage the P&C budget and lead, mentor, and develop the P&C team.
Qualifications- 8+ years of progressive HR/P&C leadership experience, ideally in operations-heavy environments.
- Proven track record scaling hiring, improving retention, and implementing performance management.
- Strong employee relations judgment and comfort handling complex situations.
- Able to operate strategically and execute hands-on; strong communication and credibility with leaders and teams.
- Metrics-driven approach to decision-making.
