A fast-growing FMCG company in food service space; performance-driven, people-centered, and scaling.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Manager who can lead the end-to-end HR function, ensuring compliant, effective, and scalable people operations. Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor across policy, culture, capability building, and change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labour law
  • Advise leadership and employees on HR matters with clarity and discretion
  • Drive talent development, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
  • Support organization-wide growth, transformation, and change programs

Must Haves:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR leader in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and contemporary HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • High discretion handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are an advantage
