  • Job Description:

- Develop HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, including manpower planning, talent management, and succession planning.

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job ads and sourcing candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding new employees.

- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, including payroll, salary structures, and employee motivation systems.

- Address employee concerns, manage grievances and conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.

- Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers on coaching, and develop professional development plans.

- Ensure all HR practices, policies, and operations comply with Egyptian labor laws and other relevant regulations.

- Identify training needs and develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Maintain accurate employee records, manage personnel files, and ensure the proper administration of benefits like medical insurance and vacation leave.

  • Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

-7- 10 years experience in Human Resources.

-Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.

-Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.

-Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.

-Attention to detail and good judgement.
