Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Specialist role located on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee compensation & benefits, and personnel management within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area.
• 1- 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Solid understanding of labor legislation
• Experience in recruitment, personnel & payroll.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
