The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
-Marketing & Communication Manager – Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to generate qualified leads
- Lead the launch strategy for real estate projects, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
- Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints and branding materials
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (social media, Google, email marketing, etc.) to maximize reach and ROI
- Coordinate with sales, design, and external agencies to effectively promote company offerings
- Create compelling content and communication strategies to engage clients, prospects, and stakeholders
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and data-driven recommendations
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and strategic partners
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand identity and long-term vision
-Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 10–12 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within real estate or a related industry
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance and optimizing campaigns
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- High level of creativity with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Leadership skills with experience managing teams or agencies
