We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution that strengthens brand presence and drives measurable business growth. In this role, you will focus on delivering high-impact campaigns, generating qualified leads, and enhancing overall marketing performance. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic cross-functional team committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with sales goals and KPI targets
- Plan and execute omni-channel campaigns to expand market reach and increase lead generation
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective deployment of initiatives
- Ensure that marketing messaging aligns with customer expectations and market needs
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and results
- Work with technical and commercial teams to develop compelling content (articles, case studies, videos, brochures, etc.)
- Enhance website visibility and optimize for lead conversion
- Drive audience engagement and conversions through SEO, social media, digital advertising, events, and publications
- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for key accounts
- Ensure brand consistency across channels with strong editorial governance
- Organize and support both virtual and in-person marketing events
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, including inbound lead generation and digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and planning abilities
- Solid campaign management experience, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
