Job Description

Job Purpose:

Payroll Specialist SAP SuccessFactors will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and supporting payroll-related systems and statutory compliance in Saudi Arabia.

Major Accountabilities:

Support monthly payroll operations

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Payroll

Payroll input validation (attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions)

GOSI processing and reconciliation

WPS (Mudad) file preparation and submission

End of Service Benefits (EOSB) and final settlements

Payroll reporting and reconciliation

Support payroll-related audits and statutory reporting

Responsibilities:

To take complete responsibility for payroll processing as per allocation by Payroll Manager / Head of HR and immediate Supervisor.

Execute end-to-end payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors Payroll in accordance with company policy and Saudi Labor Law.

Maintain and update employee payroll master data in Employee Central.

Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and leave encashments.

Manage GOSI registration, monthly submissions, reconciliations, and reporting.

Prepare and submit WPS (Mudad) files within statutory timelines.

Responsible for processing off-cycle payroll, final settlements, and EOSB calculations.

Prepare payroll reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for HR and Finance.

Reconcile payroll data with finance records and support payroll-related journal entries.

Provide payroll system support after implementation and during payroll cycles.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors on payroll requirements and issues.

Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Prepare payroll documentation and support internal and external audits.

Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and automation.

Prepare training materials related to payroll processes and systems.

Conduct payroll system training and knowledge sessions for HR and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure confidentiality and integrity of payroll data at all times.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 35 years of experience in Payroll Operations

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Strong experience with Saudi payroll, including GOSI, WPS, EOSB, and local compliance

Skills and Attributes:

SAP SuccessFactors Payroll

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and payroll regulations

Payroll reconciliation and reporting

High attention to detail and accuracy

Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools

Ability to handle confidential information

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
