EgyCham is hiring People and Culture Director for one of our clients in Real Estate, located in 5th settlement.
Role Description
- Develop and lead the overall HR strategy aligned with the company's vision, growth plans, and business objectives.
- Oversee all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
- Build and implement HR frameworks, policies, and governance structures to support scalability and operational excellence.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management strategies across all business units.
- Lead the development of a strong performance management system (KPIs / PMS) to drive accountability and results.
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market standards.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- MBA is a MUST.
- From 14 to 16 years of experience in HR, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Head of HR / HR Director).
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading HR functions from a strategic level, aligning HR with business growth and expansion plans.
- Strong background in organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning within complex and multi-entity organizations.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing performance management systems (KPIs, PMS) aligned with business objectives.
- Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits strategy, including salary structures, incentive schemes, and sales commission frameworks.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, especially for commercial, technical, and project-based roles in real estate.
- Strong expertise in organizational development (OD), succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Proven experience in managing large HR teams and multiple HR functions (Recruitment, Personnel, Payroll, L&D, OD).
