Procurement Manager

Industry: Construction

Experience: 9–12 Years

Priority will be given to Saudi Nationals in line with mandatory localization requirements.

Key Qualifications:

✔ bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Required)

✔ master's degree in civil engineering or business administration (Preferred)

✔ Certified Procurement/Purchasing Manager certification is an advantage

✔ Minimum 9–12 years of procurement and sourcing experience within the Construction or EPC industry

✔ At least 1 year of managerial experience leading Civil Procurement/Sourcing activities

✔ Strong knowledge of construction materials, PEB systems, structural steel products, and their applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all sourcing and purchasing operations.

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers and vendors.

• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and commercial agreements.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions while maintaining quality standards.

• Conduct market and price analysis to achieve cost savings and procurement efficiencies.

• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams regarding material specifications and supplier capabilities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

• Monitor supplier performance and implement vendor evaluation programs.

• Resolve supplier performance issues and product non-conformance cases.

• Drive procurement savings through strategic sourcing, rebates, and alternative sourcing opportunities.

• Expand and strengthen international procurement channels.

• Support project and production teams by ensuring timely procurement and supply of materials.

• Lead special procurement projects as assigned by management.
