ELITE is hiring for our projects in KSA Projects Manager
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scope:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and feasibility studies.
- Design & Compliance:
- Collaborate with architects/engineers to integrate waste systems.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and obtain permits.
- Procurement & Implementation:
- Oversee procurement, production, and installation of components.
- Manage construction teams and subcontractors during implementation.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track progress, budgets, quality, and risks; implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present reports, inspections, and documentation.
- Sustainability & Innovation:
- Implement recycling systems and propose sustainable solutions.
- Promote energy recovery and advanced waste practices.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Lead project teams and mentor engineers.
- Act as main contact for clients, agencies, and export coordination.
- Handover & Finalization:
- Maintain documentation and oversee final project delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical , Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- min 7 years of Project Management experience
- Strong knowledge of waste management systems, HVAC Project or in Escalators & Elevator.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in KSA and/or Egypt.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and office software..
Work Conditions :
From 9 AM till 5 PM
Work Location: Saudi Arabia ( KSA)
