Role Description

The Property Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. Responsibilities include providing expert real estate advice, guiding clients through property buying and selling processes, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, and building client relationships. You will support clients in making informed decisions and work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in negotiation strategies, sales, and marketing techniques
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with active listening
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and transactions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while taking initiative
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Cairo or similar regions
• Previous real estate experience or knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
