Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in New Cairo, Cairo, working as part of a sales team on real estate projects within a large organization.

The Property Consultant will support the sales function by engaging with prospective clients, presenting available units, and assisting clients throughout the property selection and purchasing process. The role includes responding to client inquiries, arranging and conducting property viewings, and clearly communicating project details such as unit types, pricing, and payment plans.

The Property Consultant will contribute to achieving project sales objectives by maintaining professional client relationships, following up on leads, and delivering a high standard of customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team members and relevant internal departments to ensure accurate information is shared and a smooth client experience is maintained, in line with company policies and project guidelines.

• Interest or prior exposure to real estate sales or property consulting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, structured environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop within a corporate sales setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic
