Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the buying and selling process, including property viewings, market analysis, and offer preparation. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on suitable properties, responding to inquiries, maintaining updated listings, and supporting negotiations between buyers and sellers. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, accurate documentation of client interactions, and adherence to company standards and local real estate regulations. The Property Consultant is expected to build long-term client relationships and represent Y THE BROKERS professionally in all on-site meetings and activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to provide informed, ethical advice on property transactions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with diverse clients and handle inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, follow-up, and closing deals in a competitive market.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of local property laws, market trends, and transaction processes in New Cairo.
• Relevant experience in real estate brokerage or property consulting is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively in a part-time schedule, and handle multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency with standard office and CRM tools for maintaining client records and property databases.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
