Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, including sales, purchases, or leases. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice on the real estate market, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction is also a key part of the role.

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with an understanding of the property market and trends
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client needs effectively
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
