Property Consultant

Role Description:

Chaimaa Holding is seeking a Property Consultant with experience in real estate developers. The ideal candidate will generate and manage leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic real estate environment, with the potential to earn an attractive salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients for property opportunities
• Generate and manage leads from developer sources
• Advise clients on property investments, features, and market trends
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client documentation
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience with real estate developers
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
• Proactive, self motivated, and results oriented
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
