About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, including client meetings, follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Set weekly/monthly goals and track KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in real estate sales is a Must
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market (especially in [insert area, if relevant]).

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable, goal-oriented, and proactive.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
