This is a full-time, on-site role for a Representative Agent based in New Cairo. The Representative Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, generating leads, and handling inquiries. The role involves delivering tailored real estate solutions, gathering market intelligence, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Agents will collaborate with the team to meet targets and represent the Do Estate brand with integrity and professionalism.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to generate leads and a proven understanding of real estate advisory principles and strategies.
• Proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills to handle transactions effectively.
• Time management skills and the ability to work independently while achieving targets and deadlines.
• Knowledge of the local property market in New Cairo is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate or customer service is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
