Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to identify their property needs, providing expert advice, and managing property transactions. Key responsibilities include initiating client relationships, maintaining communication, conducting property viewings, handling negotiations, and closing sales to ensure high customer satisfaction and success in meeting client objectives.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to guide clients in making informed property decisions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets within the real estate industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and regulations is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in an on-site setting and collaborate with team members
