Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, providing expert advice on buying, selling, or leasing properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting property viewings, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring a transparent and professional process for every transaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and providing expert real estate advice to clients
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and negotiation to meet and exceed targets
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Real Estate markets and trends in Dubai
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced real estate environment
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Professional certification from RERA or equivalent is a plus
