This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Property Consultant based in Heliopolis. The Junior Property Consultant will assist clients in finding properties that meet their needs, offering expert advice and tailored recommendations. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, showing properties, negotiating terms, and addressing inquiries to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market trends to support client decision-making effectively.

• Proficiency in Consulting practices with a focus on advising clients and guiding decision-making
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships
• Experience in Sales, including negotiation and closing deals
• Knowledge or experience in the Real Estate industry, including market trends and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
