Role Description
This is a full-time Office based role located in Dubai for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include cost control, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
- Proficiency in preparing BOQ and cost reporting
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
