Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties by guiding them through the transaction process. Daily tasks involve property presentations, market research, building client relationships, arranging property visits, and negotiating agreements. The agent will work to achieve sales targets, ensure client satisfaction, and represent the Coldwell Banker brand professionally.
Qualifications
- Holding a valid Real Estate License, with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and regulations
- Possess strong Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
- Demonstrated experience in Real Estate, with a track record in Sales and handling Real Property transactions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding of real estate marketing strategies
- Familiarity with the Cairo property market is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
