Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as engaging with clients, marketing properties, conducting property showings, negotiating purchases, and managing sales transactions. The role emphasizes building and maintaining strong client relationships while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property
• Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market analysis to assess property values and client needs
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
