Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties, providing guidance throughout the entire transaction process. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and coordinating with legal and financial partners as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate property listings, updating market information, and delivering responsive customer service to build and sustain a strong client base. The Real Estate Agent will work closely with the Limitless Investments team to meet sales targets, follow company processes, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused, professional approach.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Relevant experience in the New Cairo or wider local market is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple listings, and use real estate CRM or property management tools efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to stay updated on market trends and real estate regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required; proven performance in real estate can substitute for formal education.
