Role Overview
As a Real Estate Broker at Metropolitan Premium Properties, you will represent one of the most reputable names in the industry. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through property sales, acquisitions, and investments while leveraging the company's powerful marketing platform and developer relationships to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and company-supplied sources.
- Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and deal negotiations.
- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and pricing strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate listings and ensure all marketing materials meet company standards.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with developers, landlords, and investors.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Uphold the brand's reputation by delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Property Consultant in the Dubai market.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a high-performance mindset.
- Professional appearance and deep understanding of Dubai real estate trends.
- UAE driving license and own car preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages (Russian, Arabic, Farsi, French, etc.) is a plus.
