Real Estate Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. The role involves conducting market research, preparing property listings, advising clients on property values, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The consultant will also work actively to maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service to meet their real estate needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property management
• Proficiency in Sales and strong Negotiation skills
• Capability to deliver client-focused advice and provide tailored solutions
• Experience in Training or providing mentorship in the real estate domain is advantageous
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Giza
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
