Real Estate Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, performing property assessments, preparing financial analyses, and closing deals. The role may also involve conducting market research to determine property values and trends, as well as collaborating with other professionals in the real estate industry to facilitate successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to provide effective training to clients or team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the real estate sector is a plus
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
