This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include market research, evaluating real estate opportunities, preparing property listings, and negotiating transactions. The consultant will play a critical role in providing guidance and advisory services to clients while maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market and emerging trends.

• Familiarity with Real Estate, Real Property, and the real estate market
• Proven Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
• Capability to provide Training and guidance to clients on real estate transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is an advantage
