Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in New Cairo. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing property sales, advising clients on buying or selling properties, and negotiating contracts. The agent will conduct market analysis, generate leads, build relationships with clients, and ensure smooth transactions. Exceptional customer service and a goal-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and knowledge of real estate practices and procedures
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to foster client relationships
  • Proven experience in real estate transactions and client negotiations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market will be considered a plus
