Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Representative. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, managing property listings, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining market knowledge to accurately guide clients. Additional duties include negotiating property deals and working collaboratively with a team to meet sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Experience and understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in relevant technology, property management software, and MS Office
- Knowledge of the Cairo real estate market is an asset
