Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Sales professional. The responsibilities include prospecting clients, coordinating property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, staying updated on market trends, and preparing necessary documents and agreements.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License and be knowledgeable in real estate practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Real Estate, including experience with Sales and Real Property transactions.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Proven sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and its regulations is preferred.
  • Freshers are welcomes
