Our client, a leading real-estate developer in Dubai, is looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently. As the face of the company, you will ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Handle administrative tasks such as emails, document filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Native English speaker preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
