Role Overview:
Zimaya Properties is seeking a presentable, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations efficiently while supporting administrative and coordination tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle visitor registration, issue access passes, and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, documents, and courier deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Support HR and Admin teams with scheduling interviews, meetings, and office coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily office operations
- Maintain records, logs, and front-desk documentation accurately
- Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and professional etiquette at all times
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-serviceoriented mindset with a positive attitude
