Warner Scott is a leading specialist recruitment firm with nearly 20 years coverage of Banking & Investments in the GCC. With deep, established relationships and a tailored, consultative approach, the firm is recognised for successfully delivering midsenior and executive appointments for toptier financial institutions.

We are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist team covering midsenior banking roles across the GCC. Working from London or Dubai, you will partner with leading international and regional banks and financial institutions, delivering highquality talent across front, middle and back-office banking functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage endtoend recruitment across midsenior banking roles in the GCC (UAE, Saudi, Bahrain and the wider region).
• Build and maintain longterm relationships with international and regional banks and financial institutions.
• Source, assess and manage candidates using Warner Scott's established network across MENA.
• Provide consultative market insight to clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.

Profile:

• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience in banking, ideally with GCC exposure.
• Strong track record in midsenior level banking hires and managing a 180- 360 desk.
• Commercial, relationshipdriven mindset with the ability to develop and grow key accounts.
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced, international environment.
