Role Description The Recruitment Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes for various roles across AMC. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintaining updated job descriptions, and ensuring a consistent and inclusive hiring process. The role involves managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, preparing offers in line with company policies, and supporting onboarding coordination. The Recruitment Specialist will also help improve recruitment processes, track metrics, and collaborate with HR to support employer branding and workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers, understanding role requirements, and drafting clear, accurate job descriptions.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations, with the ability to ensure fair, non-discriminatory hiring processes.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and common productivity software (e.g., Excel, Word, email and calendar tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple vacancies and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar HR role, ideally within healthcare or service-oriented organizations.
