Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The role involves contacting prospective students and parents via phone and chat to introduce our educational programs, understand their learning needs, and match them with the most suitable teachers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential and existing students or parents through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and online chats.

- Understand students needs and preferences to recommend suitable courses, teachers, and learning plans.

- Coordinate with teachers and academic departments to ensure an optimal studentteacher match.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up promptly on leads.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information about programs and pricing.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the telesales process through feedback and collaboration.

- Ensure excellent customer experience and uphold the company's reputation in all communications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree holder

- 12 years of experience in sales, telesales, or retention roles.

- Experience in the education industry is a plus.

- Very good to excellent command of spoken and written English.

- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and online communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
